Make sure you are receiving your lead notifications. Answer your phones or try to answer the phone when a call agent attempts to transfer the call to you. We don’t want you to miss any calls. These are prospective clients actively searching online for an attorney. If you do miss a call, you want to call the lead back within 5 minutes if possible. After 15 minutes, your chances of making contact decreases by more than 75%.

If you receive a web form, make sure that you call immediately (within 5 minutes). If you do not make contact right away, then continue out reach over the next few days, we recommend a minimum of 5 phone call and email attempts. If you have signed up for our conversion pro services, we will handle this for you, if not, please ensure you or a staff member does so.

Give us feedback on the leads (call and web forms) on your dashboard or by responding to the lead email with an outcome. This will allow us to know what is going on in real-time and make adjustments to the campaign based on data.

IMPORTANT NOTE: It is important to keep in mind that the first 30-60 days of a camapign tend to start out slowly and we will steadily increase volume once we have received enough data to optimize the camapign(s). There are even scenarios where we may not spend the entire monthly target Google budget in the first 1-2 months as a result. There is no need to panic as this is not atypical and the result of our measured approach to launching your campaign. We would rather be conservative in the begining and save you money while we are collecting some additional data points and optimizing the performance of your camapign(s).
